Investec has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Pollen Street Group Limited, an alternative asset manager dedicated to investing within the financial and business services sectors across both private equity and private credit strategies. As at 26 February 2024 it has a market capitalisation of £350m.

Our role

Investec has been appointed to promote Pollen Street’s equity story and support the group as it changes its listing structure from an Investment Trust to a premium-listed commercial company.

About Pollen Street Group Limited

Pollen Street emerged from the combination of Honeycomb Investment Trust and its manager, Pollen Street Capital in 2022. The Group specialises in investments in the financial and business services industries and combines a fund management business with £3.4bn of AuM across more than 10 fee paying funds and segregated accounts as well as a sizeable balance sheet portfolio with £588m across direct credit investments. The business was founded in 2013 and has consistently delivered top tier returns alongside growing AuM.
