Our role

Our European Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided bilateral debt facilities to support INVISION’s acquisition of R&K Ingenieure GmbH (‘R&K’), a Germany-based engineering firm offering comprehensive services in planning, consulting, and construction supervision for building and civil engineering projects.

This marks our first transaction with Swiss Private Equity firm INVISION, one of the leading mid-market investors focusing on growth companies in the DACH and Benelux regions, and further cements our position as a leading debt solutions platform in the DACH market.

The group specializes in construction supervision and site management, project management and controlling, consulting, and quality control, particularly in the areas of bridge and tunnel construction, rail and road construction, power lines, offshore infrastructure, and other complex infrastructure projects. Under the leadership of its management team, R&K has continuously strengthened and expanded its market position in recent years.
