Our role

Our Direct Lending team is delighted to have supported Ufenau Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Romijnders Service, with senior debt facilities. The facilities refinance the company’s existing capital structure following Ufenau’s 2024 acquisition of Romijnders, while also providing additional funding to support future M&A and growth opportunities.

This marks the first collaboration between Investec and Ufenau, underscoring our commitment to supporting mid-market businesses and sponsors in the Benelux region.
