Our role

Investec has provided buy-side advice to Rouse on its two most recent corporate transactions, which sees aera and Konsert Strategy & IP join the group.

The transactions further progress Rouse’s ongoing strategy to establish itself as a leading player in the European IP market whilst offering clients a truly integrated full-service IP capability.

Investec previously advised Rouse on receiving investment from MML in 2022.
