Investec Growth & Leveraged Finance provided bilateral debt facilities in support of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC (“LLCP”) and its portfolio company Skill Dynamics.

The financing package reflects the high quality of Skill Dynamics e-learning offering in the procurement and supply chain verticals and its niche positioning in a market that is experiencing favourable underlying trends.

Investec were delighted to be able to support this high-quality business in its next phase of growth and development and partner with LLCP on another transaction.
