Our European Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided Dutch family-office run private equity firm, Strikwerda, with a flexible senior debt package to facilitate its majority acquisition of Providence Capital – a leading, independent asset management and family office manager in the Netherlands.

This marks our first transaction with Strikwerda, who we look forward to building a successful and long-term partnership with, alongside Providence Capital.
