Our role

Our UK Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided integrated asset-based and cashflow lending facilities to support Symera Partners LLC with its acquisition of CIS Security, a leading independent security provider in the UK. The facilities provide a flexible funding platform to support the business as it continues to grow under Symera's ownership.

The transaction reflects our ability to deliver tailored financing solutions for sponsor-backed businesses and support their long-term growth ambitions.
