Direct Lending supports the refinancing of Tenzing Private Equity’s portfolio asset, ScreenCloud
Our role
Our UK Direct Lending team is pleased to provide senior debt facilities on a bilateral basis to support the refinancing of ScreenCloud Limited (‘ScreenCloud’), a global software provider specialising in digital signage solutions and a portfolio company of Tenzing Private Equity (‘Tenzing’).
We are delighted to be working alongside ScreenCloud’s management team and Tenzing to support the next phase of the company’s growth. This transaction marks Direct Lending’s first with Tenzing, and we look forward to building a long-term and successful partnership.
