Our role

Our Direct Lending team is pleased to continue our ongoing support of Triple Private Equity-backed Legal Benchmarking Group ("LBG") by providing incremental senior debt facilities to facilitate their strategic acquisition of The Lawyer, a leading UK legal business intelligence platform, being separated from Centaur Media.

This transaction highlights our ability to considerably up-size our debt facilities to support portfolio companies with transformational M&A. The deal also showcases our appetite to support varying deal types, including carve-out situations.

We are delighted to support both the Triple Private Equity and LBG teams in this exciting next phase of growth.
