Our role

Investec Growth and Leveraged Finance provided senior financing on a bilateral basis to support the MBO of Xperience backed by Bowmark Capital. This deal marks Growth & Leveraged Finance's first transaction with Bowmark Capital, where we were able to deliver a bilateral solution, supporting Bowmark Capital as well as providing additional firepower to facilitate Xperience’s M&A strategy.
