Reena has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, spending over a decade of that time with Investec, where she has led the path to the digitisation of banking and spearheading the future of financial services.

Reena was at the forefront of mobile banking implementation within Investec, and witnessed first-hand how the rise in application-based banking would transform the financial world we know today. She firmly believes in creating refreshingly human digital experiences.

Reena is a strong advocate for challenging diversity and gender norms within the finance industry, and continues to promote the need for more women studying and working in technology and finance across female-led groups and initiatives.
