To the extent that the NCA applies to a client, Investec will provide any document which is required to be delivered in terms of the NCA (“credit document”) in 2 official languages, being English and Afrikaans.
Investec however recognises the need to ensure that its clients are in a position to obtain documents in more than two languages. Investec will therefore:
- make individuals available to answer and explain clients’ questions
on its credit documents in Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho and Tswana and to explain
the clients’ respective rights and obligations under the credit
documents in these languages; and - translate any credit document into Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho and Tswana, on request by a client,
