  • How do I access online statements?

    Your online statements are accessed by logging in to online banking.

    View statements from the “account overview and activity” tab, selecting “view statements” from the menu. Click on the statement you wish to view to open it as a PDF file.

    Statements can be downloaded as a PDF file, which means that they can be saved to your computer and printed.


  • I no longer want paper statements. How can I stop them?

    If you do not want us to send you a paper statement in the post, please call us on 0330 123 1966 from within the UK or +44(0)207 597 4044 from abroad to let us know.  

  • Do I need any software to be able to view my statements?

    You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to be able to view your statement. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website.

  • How do I access online statements if I have a joint account?

    Online statements are available to view in online banking for all your online accounts, including joint accounts. Either account holder, who has activated online banking, is able to view the statements for their joint account.

  • When are statements available online?

    The frequency of your statement will depend on the type of account you hold and is set out in the terms of your account.

    If you currently receive paper statements, your online statement will be available to view from the time you receive your paper statement.

    If you only receive online statements, we will notify you by email when a new statement is available to view.


  • Can I get a statement for a different period than the usual frequency of my statements?

    If you would like to receive a statement for a specific period, please call us on 0330 123 1966 from within the UK or +44(0)207 597 4044 from abroad.

  • Can I get interim statements online?

    If you need an interim statement, call us on 0330 123 1966 from within the UK or +44(0)207 597 4044 from abroad, and we can make this available to you online.

  • Can I view historic statements in online banking?

    For Voyage by Investec and your Private bank account, you can view previous statements online, for the past 7 years.

    Online Statements for all other bank accounts are available from 15th July 2014.You will not be able to access online statements for these products before 15th July 2014.  

  • How long will my statements be stored online for?

    Statements will be stored in online banking for 7 years.  

  • Can I get a printed version of my statement?

    If you do not receive paper statements and would like us to send you a specific statement or if you would like to receive printed versions of your statements each month, please call us on call us on 0330 123 1966 from within the UK or +44(0)207 597 4044 from abroad.
