Investec supports Symera Partners’ acquisition of CIS Security

London, 30 September 2026: Investec Bank plc, a leading international bank and wealth manager, today announces that its UK Direct Lending team has provided integrated asset-based and cashflow lending facilities to support Symera Partners’ acquisition of CIS Security, a leading independent security provider in the UK.

Investec provided a tailored financing package combining asset-based lending with term debt facilities, creating a flexible and cost-efficient capital structure to support the acquisition. The transaction demonstrates Investec’s ability to structure and deliver tailored financing solutions for sponsor-backed acquisitions.

The transaction marks Investec’s first completed deal with Symera Partners, a US private equity investor focused on partnering with businesses and management teams to support long-term growth.
