Investec recognised as one of the UK’s Best Employers

We’re delighted to have been featured in the Financial Times’ prestigious list of the UK’s Best Employers 2026.


Investec has not only been recognised as one of the UK’s 500 Best Employers overall, but has also, once again, secured a place among the top ten employers in Financial Services and Banking.

The UK’s Best Employers 2026 were selected through an independent survey of approximately 20,000 employees, which makes this recognition particularly meaningful. 

The full rankings are now available online and will also appear in print in the FT on Wednesday 11th March.
