Investec has committed further financial backing to All Together, which provides pro bono advice to CEOs from some of the UK’s most successful business people, including leaders at John Lewis, Gaucho, Fever-Tree and Innocent Drinks.

All Together was launched in response to the coronavirus pandemic and now counts more than 80 advisors offering support across all sectors, including technology, consumer, hospitality and retail.

The partnership is now in its second year, and outputs to date include both live and virtual events based around topical issues, volunteering and the expansion of a network for CEOs to give their time to support ambitious entrepreneurs and founders.

This year, Investec Bank plc CEO Ruth Leas will join as a volunteer advisor, joining other experienced volunteers who will provide pro bono advice to CEOs.

Andy Hart, head of Investec’s Private Companies Group, commented:

“When we met All Together during the pandemic, we felt a strong alignment on purpose and values - helping entrepreneurs and CEOs to thrive, especially in the challenging times we were all going through. The spirit of generosity and focus on community and society aligns with what matters to Investec - creating enduring worth; living in society, not off it.”
“It is in our DNA to help entrepreneurs find solutions for the challenges they face and tap into the opportunities they identify building and growing their business. We have set ourselves up to make sure our clients have access to the best people, expertise and capability we can offer, from bringing creative ideas to bespoke and integrated financial solutions. We believe in building long term relationships with our clients accompanying them along every step of their business and personal journey.”

Gussy Hydleman, Co-founder - All Together, commented:

“All Together couldn’t be more pleased and proud to be entering our second year of partnership with Investec. This is testament to the strength of our relationship, and our shared endeavour to support the businesses of tomorrow. We are excited to work together even more deeply over the next year, and grateful to have such strong support from our Partners.”
