Investec retains #1 broker in Institutional Investor’s UK Small & MidCap Survey

Investec has retained its #1 ranking UK Small & MidCap broker for the second consecutive year in Institutional Investor’s Extel Survey 2024.

Investec Bank plc (Investec), a leading international financial services provider, has been ranked #1 UK Small & MidCap broker in this year’s Extel survey by Institutional Investor Research (IIR). This year marks the 50th instalment of the survey which ranks the top firms focused on small and midcap stocks listed in the U.K.

Investec’s research ranked top three in all sectors it currently covers and ranked #1 across ten different research areas, namely capital goods, consumer goods, financials, healthcare, leisure & gaming, media, retail, support services, technology and investment trusts.

Of the ten different research areas that Investec ranked first in this year, eight of these have been achieved for a second year in a row with the overall #1 rankings increasing from nine last year.
