I am responsible for the various sales teams and directly for the broker sales and sales support teams. In simple terms we relationships manage the introducer, supplier and direct borrowers that make up our customer base. AFG provides market leading products and services to predominantly 3rd party introducers who introduce business to us which we execute.

Having been involved in asset finance since he was 16, Stuart has amassed a huge amount of varied and valued experience as both broker and funder. Once a broker himself, Stuart understands our clients’ needs, requirements and more importantly how we can  help brokers be successful. His role is to ensure our offering is relevant, in line with what brokers need and to retain knowledge. Stuart still manages broker relationships allowing him to keep abreast of what is always a face paced changing environment.

Charlotte has over 15 years Banking experience, covering a full range of client facing roles. Initially having expertise within the Agriculture sector then moving into renewable energy sector in 2010. A real passion was established which lead to a sole focus on sustainable energy, providing loans and asset finance to clients allowing them to realise their green ambitions by reducing their carbon footprint, save them money and or make them money through creating their own power.

Kevin has been with Investec Asset Finance since 2006 and has been instrumental in helping the business grow to one of the industry’s leading funders. Kevin understands the importance of building excellent relationships with our brokers and is proud to consider many of the brokers he has managed over the years as friends.

Kilsey has a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked at Investec for many years heading up the Broker Support and New Business teams, prior to joining Investec Kilsey worked at a well-established brokerage for over 20 years. She understands Investec and Quantum’s systems and policies inside out and is committed to building long lasting relationships with our broker community.

Rob has been with us since 2017 and has over 30 years experience in both Banking and Asset Finance holding a varierty of roles. He firmly believes that strong relationships with introducers and suppliers are the key to building success in the asset finance market.

Having worked in finance for over 16 years, David has been involved in asset finance over the last 5 years as both a broker and funder. David started his asset finance career setting up and managing a team of direct sales agents for a growing brokerage. Having been a broker, David understands a broker’s needs, requirements and is able to help brokers get deals across the line with the knowledge he has amassed.

Allyson provides support to brokers and advise on general IAF/QFL operational and credit policy. She also develops and maintains broker relationships at every level. Through negotiation and selling Allyson seeks to determine rates and product proposals with brokers to ensure both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

I provide support to brokers and help them with general IAF/QFL queries whenever needed. Develop and maintain broker relationships at all levels Negotiation and selling skills – determine rates, product proposals with brokers to ensure both parties are satisfied with outcomes. I like to have a friendly relationship with my brokers which helps to create a more fun but still professional working atmosphere.

Louise joined Investec in 2013 and has been part of the New Business team for nine years, the final five years as New Business Manager. She moved to the Broker Support team in 2022 to begin a new challenge. Louise brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and is looking forward to learning many new skills and building and maintaining relationships with our brokers. 

Georgie joined Investec in 2011 as a Customer Service Advisor, helping end users with queries and servicing for their agreements. In 2022 she joined Broker Support where she'll be building broker relationships and expanding her knowledge within the industry.
