Transactions they have led together at Investec include Stonewall, a $490 million financing for a CCGT located in Virginia sponsored by Ares, a $300 million holdco financing for a portfolio of convenience stores owned by Arclight Capital and more recently Hecate, a $550 million financing to support the development of the company’s 33GW pipeline of solar and battery storage projects across the US.
Investec’s Hans Beekmans, Valeria Lombardi and Fred Petit, commented:
“We’re excited about the opportunity to lead Investec’s Energy & Infrastructure franchise and its incredible team of talented bankers. Our goal is to maintain Investec’s strong brand across the North American energy sectors while looking to grow and diversify the business further over the next couple of years."
