Our role

Our Direct Lending team has provided senior debt facilities to support Sector Specialist, AnaCap, with their majority-stake acquisition of DK Accountants & Adviseurs - a founder-led, full-service accountancy services platform.

This deal marks our first transaction with AnaCap and furthers our credibility as one of Europe's leading mid-market debt solution platforms. AnaCap’s focus on growing and profitable companies within the lower mid-market, led by founders and entrepreneurial management teams, aligns well with our core lending capabilities.

We are pleased to work with the AnaCap team and look forward to building a successful long-term partnership in the Benelux as well as across our other core geographies in Europe, namely the UK, Ireland and DACH regions.

AnaCap is an established lower mid-market private equity firm who has raised €2.7bn of capital and deployed successfully into a strongly performing strategy with 80+ deals across Western & Northern Europe.
