Direct Lending supports DBAY Advisors-backed logistics platform, WS Holdco, with its acquisition of Walkers Transport
Our role
Our UK Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided integrated asset-based and cashflow lending senior debt facilities to support DBAY Advisors (“DBAY”) and its logistics platform, WS Holdco, with the acquisition of Walkers Transport (“Walkers”). This marks our fourth transaction with DBAY, further strengthening our relationship with the sponsor.
We are delighted to be working with DBAY again on this significant acquisition, further demonstrating our strong track record in the logistics sector. This builds on our recent support for transactions involving EV Cargo Solutions and Distribution, The Delivery Group and The Alternative Parcels Company (“APC”), and reflects our ability to deliver tailored financing solutions for our clients.
We have also supported Walkers for several years and have developed a strong relationship with the management team over that time, giving us deep insight into the quality of the business, its operational strengths and its long-term growth ambitions.
