Our role

Our Direct Lending team has provided senior debt facilities on a bilateral basis to support Triple Private Equity’s (“Triple”) acquisition of Legal Benchmarking Group, a leading provider of data and insights for law firms globally, providing rankings and data to practitioners across four specialist legal brands.

We delivered a competitive financing package in a short timeframe, catering for a quick M&A process. The forthcoming separation of Legal Benchmarking Group from the wider Delinian group required a flexible solution, which our team were well-placed to provide.

We are delighted to support the Triple team as they make their second investment from their inaugural fund, following our support on their recent acquisition of SmartSearch (read more).
