Investec reduces mortgage rates for HNW borrowers
- Reductions across both Residential and Buy-to-Let fixed and tracker products
- Residential and BTL 2-Year Fixed Rates reduced by 20bps, now from 4.25% (Residential) and 4.65% (BTL)

- Residential and BTL 5-Year Fixed Rates reduced by 5bps, now from 4.35%
- Residential and BTL 5-Year Tracker Rates reduced by 5bps, now from 0.75% + IBBR
The rate reductions particularly help brokers meet the needs of their clients with large or complex borrowing needs, where even small pricing adjustments can influence how a transaction is structured.
