“Social media can be used to your huge personal benefit if you use it correctly,” says Emma Sadleir, “I know that if I go for a job interview tomorrow that I'm much more likely to get the job then not get the job because of my social media accounts - but we do see people messing up time and time again.”

Emma has made a name for herself as a social media lawyer. She is often called upon to assist people when they have brought themselves, or their companies or professions, into disrepute.

“It's learning about what you can say and what you can't say. A lot of that is just reading up, educating yourself, educating each other, learning about the kind of platforms that we use - what does Facebook say? Who owns the content? How does LinkedIn work?" she says.
