Investec successfully advises Vukile on R2.65 billion capital raise amid strong demand
Our role
Investec Bank is proud to have assisted Vukile Property Fund Limited in successfully raising R2.65 billion through an accelerated bookbuild. Due to strong institutional demand, Vukile elected to increase the size of the equity raise to 10% of it’s existing share capital.
Investec’s extensive connectivity and high-touch approach were instrumental in the successful completion of this capital raise which will assist Vukile with strengthening its property pipeline in South Africa and Iberia.
