Investec provides financing for Clientèle's acquisition of Emerald Life
Our role
Investec Institutional Finance provided R570 million in capital efficient preference share funding to the Clientèle Group to part-fund the acquisition of Emerald Life, a life micro-insurer offering funeral cover.
