Investec successfully advises on the IPO of Optasia Limited

Our role

Investec acted as Bookrunner for the listing of Optasia Limited, leveraging our cross-border capabilities to deliver a capital raise that was multiple times oversubscribed at the top end of the offer range. This transaction reinforces Investec’s reputation as a trusted partner for capital raises and equity issuances in the South African capital markets.

Optasia is listed on the Prime Segment of the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the share code OPA.
