Our role

Investec supported Amethis Fund III ("Amethis") in their acquisition of Vertice MedTech Group ("Vertice"), South Africa’s largest independent medical devices distributor and medical solutions provider. It is a fast-growing digital health platform supporting over 7,000 surgeries per month and improving access to quality care across the region. This financing enabled Amethis, a leading impact-oriented private equity firm, to successfully acquire Vertice MedTech.
