Investec Bank is proud to have assisted Vukile Property Fund Limited in successfully raising R1.5 billion through an accelerated bookbuild. Due to strong demand, Vukile elected to increase the size of the Bookbuild. Investec’s extensive connectivity and high-touch approach were instrumental in the successful completion of this capital raise.

Vukile Property Fund Limited (“Vukile”) is a property company, which was listed on the JSE Limited on 24 June 2004 and on the Namibian Stock Exchange on 11 July 2007. Vukile are a high-quality, low-risk, specialist retail real estate investment trust (REIT) with a geographically diversified portfolio of property assets valued at R40 billion, of which 61% is based in Spain.
