About me

As a senior investment director, my priority is to help my clients achieve their investment goals. By understanding their current position, requirements and investment objectives, I build a bespoke investment portfolio that suits their present and future needs. I specialise in private client, pension, charity and trust investment management, and work closely with my financial planning colleagues where appropriate, to ensure a holistic service is provided. Having a legal background, I tend to favour finding tax efficient solutions for my clients, which can help increase returns over the long term. To ensure the best possible outcome for my clients I work closely with our in-house research team to identify suitable investments for client portfolios that will deliver for them over the years.   

Background/Experience

With over a decade of experience at Investec, I have formed close relationships with all my clients. Before joining Investec on a graduate scheme in 2010, I studied law in London, having graduated in 2009 from Bristol University.    

Qualifications: 

  • Chartered Wealth Manager 
  • Masters in Wealth Management (CISI Level 7)

My Interests

I enjoy music and sing with, or direct, a number of choirs in London. When not at home with my wife and three small children, I can usually be found on the golf course (often in a bunker, or in the trees), or at Twickenham Stoop watching Harlequins rugby. When I can, I try to play team sports, and for many years I captained the Investec cricket team.
