A note about our Graduate programme in 2021

Investec has taken the decision not to run a 2021 rotational Graduate Programme, therefore we will not be opening up our application process this year. We recognise the importance of welcoming new talent into the organisation and there will still be entry-level opportunities in 2021. These opportunities will be across all teams at Investec. These entry-level positions will enable you to join a specific team and develop your skill set and knowledge to become a subject matter expert, as well as having access to training and development opportunities within our environment. If you are interested in joining Investec when you graduate, you can register your details to one of our early careers talent pools.

To ensure you feel valued and rewarded, we will support you with an attractive salary and bonus scheme. We also offer a generous pension scheme, and independent free pension and mortgage advice. Should the worst happen, we also offer a death-in-service benefit.

Also, to support you and your loved ones through the many life stages, we offer generous parental and dependant’s leave policies, and a series of events and activities to help you navigate life changes.

Annual leave starts at 25 days and increases the longer you stay with us. We also offer part-time and flexible working options when possible.
