Investec advised OmniActive on sale of minority stake to IIFL Asset Management

Investec acted as the Exclusive Financial Advisor to Sanjaya Mariwala & his family and OmniActive Health Technologies (“OmniActive”), on sale of a minority stake in OmniActive to IIFL Asset Management Limited (“IIFL AMC”).
