Our Investment Companies team comprises a group of eighteen investment professionals dedicated to London-listed closed-ended investment vehicles. We offer a comprehensive service across the core disciplines of Corporate Finance, Corporate Broking, Sales, Market Making and Research, specialising in alternative asset investment companies as well as traditional long-only equity investment trusts.

Strong fundraising capabilities

We have raised more than £3.75b for our corporate clients through formal fundraisings and ad hoc tap issuance since the beginning of 2020, including the £400m and £370m IPOs of Pantheon Infrastructure and Cordiant Digital respectively.
