Residential mortgages

Our residential mortgage is built to be as unique as your client, ensuring they get exactly what they need when it comes to buying or remortgaging their home.

Some of the key features include:

  • Interest-only, capital and interest, part and part (maximum 4 parts) or low start (maximum 5 years interest only)
  • Terms of up to 35 years for capital and interest repayment or up to 25 years for interest-only and part and part
  • Minimum loan size of £1m
  • Typically lend up to £10m and we may consider higher
  • Up to 95% LTV, depending on client circumstances
  • Fixed (2, 3, 4 and 5 years) and variable rates (2 and 5 years)

Buy-to-let mortgages

Our buy-to-let mortgage is focused on your clients who are looking to buy or remortgage a residential investment property, it is a highly customisable solution that's not just based on rental cover.

Some of the key features include:

  • Interest only, capital and interest, part and part (maximum 4 parts)
  • Term of up to 15 years
  • Minimum loan size of £1m
  • Typically lend up to £10m and we may consider higher
  • Up to 70% LTV, depending on client circumstances
  • Fixed (2, 3, 4 and 5 years) and variable rates (2 and 5 years)

Revolving mortages

Our revolving mortgage is secured against your client's primary residence to allow access to funds, up to an approved limit, as and when required.

Some of the key features include:

  • Interest-only
  • Term of up to 9 years
  • Minimum loan size of £1m
  • Typically lend up to £10m and we may consider higher
  • Up to 75% LTV, depending on client circumstances
  • Variable lifetime rate only
  • Allows flexibility to repay and redraw amounts within the agreed limit and term

Self-build mortgages

Our self-build mortgage is structured to fund your client's initial build period before reverting onto a standard mortgage product post completion.

Some of the key features include:

  • Interest-only
  • Term of up to 2 years for initial build period followed by residential mortgage product
  • Minimum loan size of £2m
  • Loan is drawn in stages via bank appointed quantity surveyor certificates

Case study: A £7m mortgage in 12 business days

We recently enabled an entrepreneur to draw a 75% LTV mortgage within 12 days.
